Lower Level of Interleukin-6 and Hepcidin Found in Lower Density of Physical Exercise among Athlete During Pandemic of Covid-19

The pandemic of Covid-19 affected entire daily human life worldwide, including sports activities among athletes. An athlete was pushed to suit their routine with a new health protocol for prevention. Some them were programmed train at home moderate density exercise, but others still in high exercise. This study compared the serum level hemoglobin (Hb), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and hepcidin athletes versus exercise training program during pandemic. Thirty-four indoor soccer football school Malang voluntarily registered as subject. Half received programs, high-density programs June-July 2020.
